Stage 2 Units

STAGE TWO UNITS

Unit 2.0 – But I keep on falling
By now you have mastered, or at least recognise, all of the tools you require to keep your defence shield working. However, for some of you – this will not be enough. We now must understand WHY we ‘need’ this addiction – what is stopping us from ‘moving forwards’. This unit is just an introduction to this next phase in your recovery. This will require strength and moral courage to complete.

Slide of sin
Unit 2.1 – Which slide do I take?
It is time to dig deeper into your sexual preoccupations to effectively recognise the earliest sign of succumbing to temptation and in recognising the approaches of impaired thinking.  Utilising the model of a child’s slide we draw parallels with our choice to sin.
Unit 2.2 – The New Normal
So you have got over the withdrawal symptoms and want to know how to enjoy everyday life again.  In this unit we look at what we should have been if not for the sexual addiction.
Unit 2.3 – My Support Circle
Establishing a robust and reliable circle of friends is essential if you are to continue effective healing.  Addicts are by nature secretive and selfish and therefore often struggle to form meaningful or long lasting relationships.  In this unit we force ourselves to look a little deeper to repair this aspect of our lives.
Unit 2.4 – Understanding ME?
When you first joined the Fellowship you were given a detailed questionnaire to complete in your own time.  This would have been discussed briefly during one of your early online sessions.  In this unit we will be examining in detail the answers and using these to update and improve you battle plans against  sexual addiction.
