Day 9 – Is porn really addictive?

Today I was so involved in my business that I didn’t even give addiction a thought.  I am aching and tired from outdoors work and have that sense of satisfaction you just can’t get from anything else – including pornography!  I know I will sleep well tonight and at this time I feel receptive to learning all about the brain and addiction. 🙂

My Conclusion:

These topics are great to help us really understand why we act as we do – when we really don’t want to.  People still argue that pornography is not addictive and it is worth noting that for many, it isn’t.  So don’t worry if someone insists you are not an addict.
