Day 40 – So what Now?

A big thank you to Moh1990 for his update message.  It is a massive boost for us all to hear of other struggles and recognise just how much we need to break the isolation of addiction.

WE ARE NOT ALONE…UNLESS WE CHOSE IT.

So, well done if like me you have completed the 40 Day Challenge.  It feels positive and I believe demonstrates a true desire to change.  I have no doubt I will make this challenge a yearly necessity for my long term purity plan.

My Conclusion:

All I can say is that learning is paramount and also a very interesting distraction to addiction.  Honesty with your sponsor or accountability partner is vital – never let that one slip! (I know this from past failures).
