Things are getting busy here at Men of Hope HQ. I’m not sure if that is a good or bad thing. What I do know is that I suddenly find myself with a lot less spare time and we all recognise that is a good thing 🙂
So a hearty welcome to our newest member Chaz who completed his first chat session yesterday afternoon. I would like to express my thanks for him being so patient and putting up with all of my questions. It is never easy starting to open up to a ‘stranger’ so I am thankful that Our Lady had helped him with this work. One of other members is also progressing through the units and I am looking forward to a productive Thursday evening when we review Session 3 – My Daily Defence.
As you all know – trust and perseverance keep this Fellowship together. It is also your combined prayers and sacrifices that help send unexpected Graces to our fellow members. Long may that contine (My usual plug for the Rosary Crusade page!!).
Some of you may have noticed functionality issues with the website and again I ask that you remain patient. I am in loggerheads at the moment with I-Page who do assure me they are trying to rectify the issue. Also of interest will be the conference call I had with Father Brucciani. He is keen to sit in on one of the crypt sessions and is very supportive of this apostolate. I am praying hard that he is able to provide some more practical input to the blog posts 🙂
Just stay strong as this lockdown continues. Never despair and always find a means to keep busy and interested in healthy living. Good routines and regular prayer remain the key to this Fellowship. If any of you need to chat then you know what to do. Hit the ‘contact us’ button and ask for time with me. It doesn’t have to be a structured session. It can be whatever you want…so long it does its purpose and keeps you away from pornography.
If things are feeling really tough and you need instant support then send a text message to Father Nicholas and I know he will do his best to reply quickly. He is in big demand…
Yours in Jesus, Mary and Joseph,
SA JAMES
